If you are taking of it too much and you do not have plans on doing something for burning those calories, it will cause you to gain your weight.

Having these oils is better than those fats which are animal based like lard and butter. Having these is also bad for your health. An excessive consumption of these fats will possibly result to increased risks of strokes, heart diseases, and heart attacks.

Another subtle danger which is being associated with too much consumption is the dietary imbalance. A human body can digest fat much slower compared to other foods. Taking much amount of this can cause you not to be as hungry unlike the need on thriving to eat fruits, lean meats, whole grains, and vegetables.
