Tamales That Will Leave You Drooling For More And Will Make You Feel Alive

Almost every day we stress eat, let it be because of the job or school. Nonetheless, the thought of new food and the smell of it, brings our energy back, enjoying food is one way to relieve stress. And one of that sustenance that you eat should be Tamales.

Certain people have been eating those delicacies whenever they can. If their mother or grandmother still makes those for breakfast, they pack one or two of those to eat in the office. When they arrived at the office, they are hoping that the moment they microwave that sweet tamale, it would not be a soggy monster.

There are local cuisines that only served during certain occasion of the year. But there is a meal that will very present in every hour of the day, let it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a midnight snack. And I can bet that you can also use it as diet meal.

At thanksgiving or Christmas and maybe birthdays too, they can order up to thirty thousand of tamale if they want too. This food are in demand that it is mostly sold everywhere in southern California, despite it originally in Mexico. It certainly for everybody taste buds.

Of course, every traditional cuisine for has modern twist or version now. The Jewish tamale has the mix stuffing of whitefish mousse, smoked salmon and baby bagels. While the Tokyo version has ahi tuna marinated in ponzu, pickled ginger and wasabi. And lastly, the rich restaurants have their own versions to, and it sounds expensive. Gold tamale is made of chocolate ganache, hazelnuts that are toasted and caramel lime tequila mix, topping it with gold leaf, gold edible leaf, oh my god.

Larger versions of it can be stuffed with chunk of meat and beef. If you are adventurous you could add those two together. Sprinkle in some vegetables inside that bad boy and you got a whole mean for tonight.

After, form a small pool in between dough, the stuffing came in and after that in oven they go to steam. I swear it is like a person as dough, being naked and stuff with sustenance, roll in towel that represent the leaf and shove in a sauna to cook. It took almost two hours to fully cook.

In Oaxaca region, they also have specialty with this delicacy. It normally large tamale stuffed with black and yellow mole, black beans and Chepil, an herb added to acquire more flavor. It just amazing at how many types of ingredients you could stuff in there it will be like experiment your own tamale.

In Mexico, the mention snack are traditionally made from pork or beef, though chicken and vegetables are welcomed too. I think every kind of tamale will be devoured as long as they would not be poison by it. Also, this meal could be a dessert too you could stuff chocolates inside with the mix berries and maybe a little strawberry jam.
