Brewing Beer And Its Process

By David Burns

Imagine an occasion without beer, that probably is one of the blandest and boring event. Few people would agree that having beer can make the foods extra special because as weird as it may seem, it can make the food taste extra better with a cold and savory beer. But, ever wonder how these beverages are made, you will be shocked as to how long and dedicating the entire process can be. In fact, it lasts over a month to process them perfectly the way it needs to. One common factor that makes the beer even flavorful than the ingredient itself is the tools use to extract the flavors like brewery grain mill.

Indeed, the tools which are used in brewing is a huge help to create one of the finest beer recipe there is. But aside from that, the ingredients which were used and flavors added has a strong factor and essence to add on the mix as well. To help people understand how these savory beverage are made, the exact steps will be introduced down below.

Though, the secret flavoring are different, the process is more likely the same. It starts with picking and choosing the best quality of grains because the fresher they are, the best beers can be formulated. When there is enough amount of grains available, it will be ready for milling.

In the milling, there are malt which are added and crushed at the very same time the grains are being crushed. This is how the kernels in the grain are broken down into pieces allowing an extraction of sugar which are fermentable in type. That same sugar that can be gotten out of those crushed stuff is called grist.

Then, all the grist are gathered in one container so it can then be converted into mash. There is a machine which will make this process faster and automatic. This normally would need heat to perform the needed action to melt and have the conversion possible.

All mash are pumped in a machine called lauter tun. This is the exact material used to secrete the fluid needed out of the mash to get the wort which is the primary fundamental of the beer. Few more processes and it then will be converted into beers ready for consumption.

To continue it mere process, there will be a need of transferring the wort in a huge vessel. It has to be boiled once more though in a controlled manner, thus there are hops which are added on the same vessel to add up for the necessary flavor needed.

Now, because there are still particles on the mixture which can pretty much be floating and lurking on the substance, the next thing to do is removing them out from it because drinking beer with those particle would feel really weird.

Once done, the final procedure would be adding up of yeast on the clean wort. This converts the wort into the same exact beer you can drink straight from bottles. This is the same exact time of adding the alcohol and other secret ingredients that adds up on the flavor you wish to achieve. Before packing them in the bottle, it has to rest for about three weeks so it can mature and taste even better.
