The way they were cultivated and the kinds of soul in which they were cultivated from is likely to play a great role on how good they are likely going to be as a choice for your early morning brew. So, try to find out where your beans actually headed from so you would know if they are any good or not.

How they are roasted can affect their taste, some people like the lighter roast, others the darker kind. Also, the roast date is going to matter. If the roast date is beyond a month, then that bean is probably better off on the shelves and you should go find a fresher one.
