By Donna Murphy

Food is the gift from the gods but one of the most delicious dishes ever created on earth used chocolate and booze as a base for one of the most sinful meals on the planet. Because this many people sought this recipe for their next parties. Women find it interesting to serve to their love partners because it boosts the intimacy between partners.

Dear god, no. Event planning so much more than that. Which is why you need the skills and expertise of a culinary artist slash chef who can provide you with the most intense yet delectable dishes for your party needs. One of these dishes that you should have in your party should champagne truffles because not only are they devilishly healthy and succulent to the mouth.

Chocolate has been the constant companion to women aside from their lovable furry friends and close knit girl friends. Bonbons has antioxidants such as flavenoids to keep disease and illness away from the consumer for long periods of time. That is why if you consume a moderate but regular dose of bonbons a few times in a week then you are keeping yourself healthy too.

Not only is it the only friend you have when women of birthing ages is visited by their monthly cycle. It keeps depression and moodiness at bay and stops you from getting into fits with impossible people. Other vitamins in it includes magnesium and because it reduces anxiety due to the endorphin releasing hormone it produces in the body.

Avoid these from happening and start learning how to make food from scratch. The first recipe you need to try should be a dessert. Because most desserts are easy to do and truffles always do the trick.

When melting chocolate be sure to warm the water first in a heat resistant bowl. Never melt chocolate in a plastic bowl of your going to deal with melted plastic. But remember that chocolate is easier if it is chopped finely or coarsely or in small pieces.

Actually melting is fairly easy too. You simply have to prepare a stainless steel bowl free from water and moisture. Set it atop a simmering pot of hot water and place inside the chopped pieces of chocolate occasionally stirring it. Once it has completely melted that you pour in the wines and maybe a few more, but remember to increase or decrease the substances so you know you will not wake up with a hang over later.

Once all of the chocolate has melted add in the rest of the liquid ingredients such as the champagne and cognac. Once this is done keep on stirring until fully mixed in. Then set it aside and wait until it has cooled down because you are going to touch it.

Well, everything is now used up, and you just need to refrigerate the whole batch for a few good days. And whenever you feel the need to munch on something alcoholic and heavenly you can turn to your home made truffles to do just that.
