Mexican foods have vastly improved over the years. People who have not tried the varieties of Mexican cuisines must definitely visit a restaurant and try it out. Many countries have adapted and made their own variations of Mexican cuisines. With its diverse style, texture and flavor, many tourists have visited Mexico just to eat and taste their foods. There are thousands of recipes to try out in regards to Mexican cuisines. Tortillas is the most common and most famous among the recipes. This are made by corn or flours. Buns are sliced lengthwise and then topped with a few layers of cheese, refried beans and then toast it then served while hot and open faced. Vegetarians can recreate the menu in their homes because this one is easy to make.

Quesadillas. For people who loves cheese, then they will love even more the quesadillas. This is also a kind of taco but have fillings full of cheese and toasted to perfection. The cheese is call oaxacan that feels and looks like curds of cheese before it melts. A common menu is the gringa which is composed of flour tortillas, al pastor meats, cheese and pineapples.

Enchiladas. Enchiladas are basically made from corn tortillas then stuffed with anything like chicken or veggies. This would be either folded or rolled depending on you. Then it is baked in a green or red sauce and the toppings are onions, cheese and creams. For people who love spicy food, this menu can be added with chili peppers as well.

Tortas. People can forget the basic sandwiches and enjoy the beauty of tortas. The sandwiches are being served like an oval shaped bun. The fillings used are breaded cutlet, chicken, ham, vegetables, avocado, tomatoes and lettuce. These are items are easily found in streets and local markets.
