They have also been confirmed to help in lowering levels of cholesterol, and this is why they have some qualities of mitigating heart disorders. This is because they have antioxidants which in turn act like free-radical scavengers, thus reversing possible damage that happens to blood vessels. This in turn helps in lowering inflammation levels. Moong crops also have abilities to ensure arteries are clear and also improve circulation, and this makes them suitable for incorporation to anti-inflammatory foods.
