Ingredients:

2 cups cake flour, two teaspoons baking powder, 4 big eggs, teaspoon vanilla extract, teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons white sugar, two cups milk, four tablespoons melted unsalted butter, Non-stick cooking spray,

Preparation

1. Pre-heat your waffle iron based on your user's guide that comes together with the waffle iron. 2. Prepare two medium-sized mixing bowls. On the first bowl, combine together flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir together eggs yolks and sugar on the other bowl. Be sure to beat eggs and sugar until all sugar particles are dissolved or you'll be able to use an electric mixer if you prefer. 3. Blend in vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter to the eggs; mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture into the first bowl and combine just enough for the ingredients to blend smoothly together. 4. Prepare another bowl and beat in eggs whites utilizing an electric mixer until foamy and bubbly. Slowly pour the eggs whites into the waffle mixture and combine using a rubber spatula. Ensure that you just do not overmix the egg whites into the batter. 5. Coat heated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and pour just the appropriate quantity of batter. Shut waffle iron and cook till golden brown or for 3-4 minutes. 6. You may put whip cream or ice cream on top, or whichever toppings you want. 7. Serve and delight in the Belgian experience!
