Tuscan Olive Oil & Creative Cooking Of Poached Eggs

By Katie Arden

It's tough for me to become fully invested in stories that are related to cooking. While these stories are very much helpful, I am the kind of person who is not the savviest in the kitchen. However, I do understand the benefits associated with Tuscan olive oil and there are many to consider. With that said, though, a recent story came to my attention and I believe that those who are very much into cooking might benefit from a unique approach to cooking poached eggs.

Amongst the most common substances to consider in terms of poached eggs, water has to be one of the most important. Tuscan olive oil, however, can also be put to use and I have to believe that its many healthful benefits will be able to shine. There are many different qualities to consider with this oil, antioxidants included, which is a point that is supported by authorities like Bellucci Premium. Before you know it, you will start to see how much better your poached eggs will become.

If you are someone who would like to learn more about this process can be gone about, there are a couple of points to consider. Lifehacker published an article on the matter, saying that a cook would have to start off with cracking an egg into a frying pan. Once that is done, said cook would have to apply a quarter cup containing olive oil. Once that individual bastes the egg white with the oil in question, all that is needed at that point is to wait until said egg is cooked to order.

One of the reasons why I feel as though this particular article is worthy of merit is because of how it focuses so much on the idea of health. There is a level of importance to consider with this, especially when so many people are becoming more conscious of the foods that they take in from day to day. Tuscan olive oil, fortunately, falls into this category. Yes, this oil contains fat, which is understandable, but they are fats that the body can actually utilize.

Monounsaturated fat content is integral for health, to put it simply, as it is able to help the body in ways that saturated fat cannot. By following this particular method, hopefully you will be able to see just how much better eggs can be cooked. It's just a matter of incorporating a different kind of oil within the cooking process and I have no doubt that this is one of the finer options. Hopefully, as you use it more often, you will see that it has many other uses.
