The raw ingredient can then be used to the recipe you have at hand. In creating the specialty dish, you can either follow the common recipe or you may use a secret one.

If you are cooking meats by roasting, then the best way to do that is to have them cooked low and long. You will get the best result for that when you use a meat thermometer. Try to brush the roast lightly with oil and seasoning. Try covering it with other fat like bacon or baste.

When cooking to as a steak, you can choose between frying it up or grilling it. For when you decide to fry it up, do not forget to add fat like oil or butter to the pan. Do this before actual cooking. Sear the side quickly on the pan first before reducing the heat to low.

Grilling is another way to cook the ingredient to make it a steak. Normally, you can cook the same way with frying. The only difference is that there is no pan to put the oil into. Instead of that, you have to brush the oil straight to the said ingredient and grill it into the fire. Brush a small amount.

It should also be possible to cook the steak through broiling. In broiling, you have to prepare four to five inches of the meats. After that, you have to broil it up from the heat, giving it three to four minutes to cook per side. Turn it over once, then brush fat onto it. This is the cooking method that does not deviate from the normal grilling method.

Making stew meat is possible with this raw ingredient as well. You can serve up this kind of delicious dish with ease. To cook it into a stew, you can just follow through with the normal method for making stew. You have to add this raw ingredient to the stew and wait for it to cook and become tender.

The ingredient can be used for burger too. You can either cook it to a bulk or you may use them for patties. Cooking in bulk is actually faster than what you are making beef burger. No fat will be left in the pan too. When you prefer patties, then better sear the sides with the grill. Lower the temperature after that.
