Why Bbq Sauce Be Used As Chicken Marinade

What could be more exciting than coming together and barbecuing in the backyard. Perhaps everyone would love to eat some grilled chicken or two. Regarding this very delicious dish, we will be talking about marinades that will make it more mouth watering.

Unsurprisingly, everybody has their own recipe for marinating. It could be fair to say that each version suits the family taste. On one hand, few people have been asking if it is okay to use Bbq sauce chicken marinade. Let us find out what they have said about the argument.

Some people recommend to dilute the thickness of the gravy by adding water. After then, it should be okay to use to as marinade for poultry. This may be used to marinate the meat overnight and should be ready for grilling in the morning. Brushing the gravy on the meat being grilled is also suggested.

On a different point of view, indirect cooking have been suggested by some. This will cook the meat slowly and prevents sugar from getting burnt. They say that chicken could taste bitter if sugar gets burned. That is why, they are recommending to avoid cooking it directly from heat.

There are experts that would suggest brushing or dipping the chicken before grilling it. It does not matter if the gravy is thick nor it is not a big deal when the liquid should be brushed. Putting it on a clean container and brushing the meat within six minutes after grilling is also recommended.

In addition to that, the gravy can also be used as glazing for the meat. It is just enough time to caramelize the sugars in it. This way, the sugars in it should not be too burned to affect the flavor of the meat. Few people would also opt for a ready mixed marinade, though, there are some that would prefer a personalized mixture.

Few of the personalized marinades out there are the pineapple marinade, Jamaican Jerk, marinated with red wine, lemon and rosemary, lemon pepper and more. The commonly used technique of all of these is the lemon and pepper. All you need to do is dress the chicken with lemon juice along with grounded pepper. Let it sit for thirty minutes, grill to choice, and ready to serve.

Although there are hundreds of personal recipes online, the traditional way of preparing barbecue sauce is unbeatable. This is commonly a mixture of sugar, garlic, pepper, ketchup, lemon, and vinegar. You will need to get all of these in a pan, heat it for minutes, and set it aside to cool down. Make sure not to overcook the mixture because sugar might not caramelize properly.

There must be many ways to barbecue or grill chicken. In totality, various versions are often products of curiosity and innovation. Even if people have different ways to prepare it, the objective of barbecue is all the same. It is about bringing the family together and it is about having a good time.
