Healthy Bagels For A Healthy Living

Instead of eating meal, we have this habit of eating carbs early in the morning for use to be more energetic for the whole day. Bagels are just one of those breads we used to eat early in the morning. But what if this carb intake can no longer be tolerable for, well you have to do something for you to control your weight. One of this is turning your normal bagel into a healthy bagels .

Through that you have to make sure that your carbohydrate intake is controlled. By doing this, you have to make your own healthy bagels for you or for your husband or children. If you do not yet know, you can earn three hundred fifty carbs and sixty calories from a one single serve of bagel which is not a healthy way to start a day.

Though it supplies carbohydrates, what make it so unhealthy is that it does not have any vitamins or minerals at all. So you have to find a way on how to make it healthier. One of this is minimizing the size of the bagel, if you want to keep your body in shape, you have to control your food intake. Instead in regular size have the smaller one.

Minimizing the size will make you lose at least twenty four pounds from that three hundred fifty carbohydrates. If possible consider the whole grain as part of your ingredients when you will make this. Whole grain are more healthier for it contains vitamins, fiber and minerals which we always need for us to keep functioning.

Considering non fat cheese cream is the best topping for bagels, make it a habit of avoiding heavy cream and other fatty toppings.Because it is not ideal that your food which is rich in carbs will be added with fat which can make you more fat and unhealthy. Weight gain is good but if it is due to fats, then it would be unusual.

Another is that aside from changing the heavy cream to non fat creams, you can also add any fruit bites to add up flavour into your bagel. You could not imagine eating one with strawberry bites on it. Aside from lessening the fat you are also adding another set of vitamins into it. It is also ideal for an artistic presentation for your loved ones.

Just so you know, for a restless day, you have to take at least thirty grams of protein daily. And this one lack of it for it only contains three point five grams each serving. Therefore you have to eat nine to ten of it which can be very unusual. So if you still want it, better have it with soya or any protein rich milk drink for additional protein.

And it is ideal to eat it together with other organic and healthy foods such as beated or boiled or fresh egg in which you can mix it with the soya. Avocado which can appear to be disgusting but very rich in vitamins and minerals, And tomato which is rich in lycopene good for the skin. And other products that could make your body go, grow and glow at any time anywhere.
