This is because of the probable ingredients that it has that would make you gain weight. Like any other food, if you consume it too much, generally that would be the result. But if you take control of your intake, it is possible that it might help you in your journey to losing weight.

Acne formation and growth is usually because of genetic heredity. And it could also be because of hygiene. There is no study that could prove that the growth of an acne has something to do with your diet.
