You will think that you are losing weight, but your metabolism becomes mixed up and it is more difficult to lose those calories that have been stored during this process.

Plan your day properly so that you don't skip meals. Your body will go into a typical fat storage mode and in this way you will be unable to burn as many calories. You will be starving yourself. It is a lot better to eat a couple of small meals a day. Some people prefer to have a couple of snacks available in the cupboard or in the refrigerator.

When you incorporate this diet into your lifestyle, your entire family can also start to enjoy this way of life. There are many meals that you can make which can be incredibly taste, while still sticking to a low carbohydrate and fat content. Educating children to eat in this fashion from a young age is important for basic health purposes.
